Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant cum HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling payroll, and overseeing daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports.
Process monthly payroll and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Human Resources:
Handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Support management in employee engagement and HR policies.
