About Us:
Loubani Goods Wholesale LLC is a leading import and export company specializing in wholesale
food goods. With a strong presence in the UAE and GCC markets, we handle international trade
operations and also manage an online store serving to a diverse customer base. We are seeking
a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and oversee our financial
operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
o Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and
income statements.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
o Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes.
o Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
o Process invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
o Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
o Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
3. Taxation & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with UAE and international tax regulations.
o Prepare VAT returns and other tax filings.
o Assist with audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
4. Import & Export Financial Oversight:
o Manage financial transactions related to imports and exports.
o Reconcile shipping and customs payments.
o Track foreign currency transactions and exchange rate impacts.
5. Online Store Accounting:
o Manage financial aspects of e-commerce sales, including order payments,
refunds, and chargebacks.
o Reconcile online payment gateways with accounting records.
o Track sales tax obligations for different regions.
6. Payroll & Employee Benefits:
o Process payroll, including wages, deductions, and bonuses.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding employee payments.
o Maintain employee expense reimbursements.
7. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
o Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for financial improvement.
o Assist in business expansion financial planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field experience.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in import/export or
wholesale industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT filings, and international trade finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
