We are a construction company looking for a proactive Accountant & Finance Officer who is not just good with numbers, but hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to take charge of issues as they arise. This hybrid role combines day-to-day accounting with financial planning and problem-solving to directly impact the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
• Record daily expenses, revenues, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Manage invoices, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze project costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Proactively identify problems and provide practical solutions.
• Take ownership of financial processes and help organize the company’s operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years experience (construction experience preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, ERP).
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Compensation:
• AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives tied to company profitability
