الوصف الوظيفي

Assess and evaluate financial performance of an organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization.

  • Create and establish regular financial objectives that align with the organizational plan for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and present regular financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget and monthly cash flow.
  • Review and analyses monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
  • Works side-by-side with CFO and Project Manager and serves as the Controller of Finances on the project team.
  • Reports to CFO and supports him as required
  • Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual organizational operating budget.
  • Supervise the accounting and finance department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems and databases.
  • Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data available for management and Board of Directors
  • Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
  • Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
  • Arrange Loans from local banks and negotiate suitable rates with them.
  • Oversee cash, liquidity and net working capital ratio.

المهارات

Qualification, Skills & Requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CPA
  • Experience with Big 4 is a plus.
  • 10 years+ working experience preferably in project-based industry.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar management position
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Used to working in a dynamic and fluid growth environment.
  • Have strong strategic, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills and is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
