● Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
● Create and update expense reports

● Prepare bank deposits
● Enter financial transactions into internal databases

● Review and file payroll documents

● Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
● Ensure timely bank payments
● Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
● Audit financial transactions and documents
● Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
● BSc in Accounting, Finance
● Work experience as an Accounting or Accountant Assistant.
● Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
● Familiarity with finance regulations
● Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
● Organization skills
● Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
● Experience with general ledger functions
● Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
● Great time management and organizational skills
● Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
● Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll
