Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in full cycle of accounting.
- Handle supplier accounts, employee data, and payroll processing.
- Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, cost/revenue/profit analysis, statements of accounts, payables & receivables.
- Perform account reconciliations and consolidation of group balance sheets.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel & QuickBooks.
- Assist with annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
- Knowledge of Tax laws, e-filing, online banking, and labour laws.
- Support sourcing/outsourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and cost comparisons.
- Contribute to project leadership, meeting deadlines, and driving results.
- Provide cross-functional admin support when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog, Hiligaynon, or Bisaya
- Non-smoker
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working in any of the following sectors such as general trading or construction or facility management or cleaning services or multi-group companies or logistics and shipping, car rentals, fact or ties or paint companies or firefighting is a plus.
- Knowledge using QuickBooks or other software such as Zoho or Tally or Sage.
- Candidates currently residing in Sharjah are welcome to apply.
