Key Responsibilities:
knowledge in full cycle of accounting.
Handle supplier accounts, employee data, and payroll processing.
Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, cost/revenue/profit analysis, statements of accounts, payables & receivables.
Perform account reconciliations and consolidation of group balance sheets.
Ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel & QuickBooks.
Assist with annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
Knowledge of Tax laws, e-filing, online banking, and labour laws.
Support sourcing/outsourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and cost comparisons.
Contribute to project leadership, meeting deadlines, and driving results.
Provide cross-functional admin support when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Fluent in Tagalog, Hiligaynon, or Bisaya
Non-smoker
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience working in any of the following sectors such as general trading or construction or facility management or cleaning services or multi-group companies or logistics and shipping, car rentals, fact or ties or paint companies or firefighting is a plus.
Knowledge using QuickBooks or other software such as Zoho or Tally or Sage.
