About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional who can handle both accounting and office administration in one role. The candidate must be reliable, organized, and able to manage financial tasks alongside daily office operations, including logistics documentation control.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT filing, financial statements, and reporting.
• Work with QuickBooks and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Handle administrative duties such as correspondence, document filing, office supply management, and scheduling.
• Manage HR-related tasks including contracts, payroll support, leave records, and visa renewals.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, auditors, and government authorities when required.
• Draft and maintain official documents, contracts, and reports.
• Oversee logistics documentation control, including preparation and verification of invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs clearance documents.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance of all import/export documentation.
• Work with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace platforms.
• Support management in daily operations and business follow-up.
• Run company-related errands as needed (must have valid UAE driving license).
Requirements:
• 5–6 years of experience in accounting and office administration in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of logistics and trade documentation control.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Work Setup:
• Full-time position, based in Dubai.
• Hybrid: office and home working arrangement.
Salary:
• Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
