تفاصيل الوظيفة
* Handle front desk reception duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
* Assist in basic accounting tasks: data entry, invoice preparation, payments, and receipts.
* Maintain records of expenses, petty cash, and daily financial transactions.
* Support the Accounts Department with reconciliations, filing, and documentation.
* Prepare and maintain reports as assigned.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
