Job Description
- Enters suppliers' accounts sent from the farm, reviews them with the purchasing department, and records them in the accounting system.
- He extracts a weekly supplier account statement and submits it to the head of accounts for review and approval by the financial manager.
- Responsible for issuing live sales records based on data sent by the farm storekeeper and recording them in the system and Excel.
- Review and add recent trade invoices and compare the sales process with the sales warehouse.
- He receives a daily email from a slaughterhouse in Baldabha to distribute the slaughtered meat to the system.
- Enters purchase invoices, reviews supply orders and requisitions into the system.
- He receives warehouse disbursement orders, reviews them, and records them in the accounting system to determine the inventory during inventory operations.
- Settles drivers' bills and purchases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
- Preferably close to Sheikh Zayed City
