Job Description
- Administer accounts payable and receivable functions to include verification of items purchased, invoicing records, coordination with the accountants, vendors, and personnel.
- Prepare reports, budgets and financial statements
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Administer the bank transactions, accounts' reconciliations, and controlling income and outcome financial works in office/sites
- Follow-up financial and administrative works with suppliers
- Provide general office administration support.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- knowledge in Engineering field is preferred.
