Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple construction projects.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Handle project cost accounting, job costing, and budget-to-actual analysis.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers.

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Collaborate with project managers to track financial performance and profitability.

Support audits and prepare required documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .

Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.

Proficiency in ODOO or similar construction accounting software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
