Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our Cost department team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for supporting the cost accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and processing financial transactions.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in maintaining cost accounting records and preparing cost reports
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
