About ADJI / Rahma Hospital
Association des Jeunes Islamiques (ADJI) is a leading non-profit rehabilitation center in Lebanon. Established in 1997, the organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation service including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychosocial support to vulnerable individuals such as persons with disabilities (PwDs), children with disabilities (CwDs), and the elderly. In addition to its rehabilitation programs, ADJI operates Rahma Primary Health Care Center (PHCC) an integrated facility within the national primary health care network and licensed by the Ministry of Public Health offering comprehensive and inclusive healthcare services to underserved communities in North Lebanon.
As part of its commitment to integrity and ethical conduct, ADJI enforces a zero-tolerance policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and requires all staff to adhere to the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Code of Conduct.
About the projects:
Project 1 – Integrated Rehabilitation and Protection for Vulnerable Individuals: Building on its Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) experience and in alignment with MoSA’s recommendations, ADJI is implementing an 11-month project to enhance the well-being of 3,500 vulnerable individuals in North Lebanon and Akkar. The project provides integrated healthcare, rehabilitation, and protection services through 14 centers and mobile/home-based interventions, ensuring inclusive access for PwDs, CwDs, elderly persons, and caregivers. A network of trained community mobilizers supports outreach, awareness, and beneficiary identification.
Project 2 – Community-Based Health and Nutrition Services: Rahma PHCC, operated by ADJI, is implementing a 12-month health and nutrition project funded by the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (OCHA/CBPF). The project targets 7,000 vulnerable individuals in underserved neighborhoods of Tripoli and North Lebanon, such as Jabal Mohsen and Abi Samra. It provides essential primary healthcare, mental health, SRH, immunization, and nutrition services through a community-driven approach.
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management, accounting operations, and donor compliance of all ADJI projects and programs. The position ensures accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all financial activities, while supporting project teams with timely reporting, budget monitoring, and audits.

Bank Reconciliation
Perform monthly reconciliations between bank statements and organizational accounting records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date records of all cash and bank transactions in accordance with donor and organizational financial procedures.
Financial Reporting and Follow-up:
Prepare, review, and consolidate financial reports for donor-funded projects (including INGOs, UN agencies, and institutional partners) in line with each donor’s reporting schedule and format. Ensure expenditures are correctly coded, supported with documentation, and aligned with approved budgets.
Budget Monitoring:
Support monthly budget versus actual (BvA) analysis, identify variances, and coordinate with project and program teams to ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly.
Coordination with Donors and Partners:
Follow up with implementing partners and donor finance focal points to clarify reporting requirements, submission timelines, and compliance matters. Provide financial data and justifications for audits and donor verifications when required.
Internal Controls and Documentation:
Maintain a complete and organized filing system for all financial transactions, bank statements, and reconciliation records to support internal and external audits.
