Location: Mostly Remote (Occasional office visits in UAE as required)

About the Company:
We are a growing travel company offering personalized travel experiences and services for clients worldwide. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage both company and family accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records for the company and family accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
• Track and record travel-related expenses, bookings, and vendor payments.
• Handle payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with management for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and relevant financial regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external partners as needed.
• Support administrative and financial tasks for the family as requested.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in travel, hospitality, or small business environment).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Zohobooks, Tally, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Good communication skills in English
