KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Develop and maintain financial reports. • Reconcile accounts and financial records. • Analyze financial data and identify trends. • Prepare management financial reports. • Manage general ledger accounting. • Process accounts payable and receivable. • Conduct monthly and year-end closing procedures. • Maintain accurate accounting records. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Support annual audit processes. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Implement internal control procedures. • Maintain accurate tax documentation. • Assist in budget preparation. • Monitor financial transactions. • Prepare tax returns and related documents.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred. • 2-3 years of professional accounting experience. Skills • Advanced Excel capabilities. • ERP/Accounting software expertise. • Financial analysis tools proficiency. • Budgeting and forecasting skills. • Tax preparation experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
