We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth. The Financial Manager will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, working closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
