Collect and analyze the costs of raw materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead.

Prepare periodic production cost reports, compare actual costs to planned costs, and analyze variances.

Monitor production orders and ensure accurate cost allocation.

Prepare product cost reports and determine the final cost per unit.

Review inventory transactions (raw materials, work in progress – finished goods) and ensure accuracy.

Participate in physical inventory counts and analyze discrepancies.

Collaborate with production and purchasing departments to improve resource efficiency and reduce costs.

Contribute to developing cost policies and procedures.

Prepare monthly financial reports for management, including factory performance analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.4–6 years of experience in industrial cost accounting (preferably in a manufacturing environment).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).Solid understanding of general accounting, cost accounting principles, and financial analysis.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
