Financial record management: Accurately record all financial transactions and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
Financial reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, along with internal and external reports.
Tax and compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns and handling audits.
Financial analysis: Analyze financial data, including budgets and cash flow, to provide insights for management and identify discrepancies.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
Other duties may include
Processing payments and managing payroll.
Reviewing contracts and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Assisting with internal and external audits.
Advising management on financial strategies, tax planning, and business performance.
Implementing and improving accounting systems.
Qualification
1.B.S Accountant or similar
2.Three years experience
