The Accounts & Administration Executive will oversee financial accounting, inventory coordination, VAT compliance, and general administration for the jewelry manufacturing unit. The role requires ensuring accuracy of accounts from manufacturing to final delivery, maintaining gold and diamond stock tallies, handling in-house ERP software, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting and taxation laws.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **1. Accounting & Finance**

* Manage all accounting transactions: purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

* Maintain proper books of accounts as per UAE accounting standards.

* Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.

* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and assist in audit finalization.

* Process vendor and customer invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on receivables.

* Support cost analysis for jewelry manufacturing (materials, labor, wastage, etc.).

#### **2. Tax & Legal Compliance (UAE Specific)**

* Handle **UAE VAT compliance**, including return filing, input/output reconciliation, and record keeping in accordance with **FTA (Federal Tax Authority)** guidelines.

* Maintain documentation and audit trails as required under **UAE Corporate Tax Law (effective 2023)**.

* Liaise with auditors, FTA inspectors, and consultants for tax-related queries.

* Ensure proper documentation for imports/exports and customs compliance.

#### **3. Stock & Inventory Management**

* Monitor and record all raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and finished jewelry stock movements.

* Reconcile stock daily/weekly with production and sales teams.

* Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve variances.

* Maintain stock valuation reports and system entries in ERP.

#### **4. Software & Data Management**

* Operate and maintain in-house ERP/accounting software for jewelry manufacturing.

* Ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions, stock movements, and production orders.

* Generate and analyze MIS reports for management.

#### **5. Administration & HR Support**

* Handle administrative activities such as office management, supplier coordination, and petty cash.

* Support HR in maintaining employee attendance, payroll processing, and leave records in compliance with **UAE Labour Law**.

* Assist in visa renewals, insurance, and documentation for staff as needed.

* Ensure smooth coordination between departments from production to delivery.

### **Skills & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter / CPA / ACCA preferred).

Accounting experience

* Strong understanding of **UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA regulations**.

* Proficiency in **Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP software**.

* Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
