Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations — bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.

Oversee retail accounting functions: inventory costing, SKU-level profitability, and store-level reporting.

Handle VAT compliance, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and review management reports, financial statements, and forecasts.

Support the CFO in budgeting, financial controls, and system implementation (ERP/accounting tools).

Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and free zone regulations (JAFZA).

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners for year-end audits and statutory filings.

Qualifications & Experience
ACCA / CPA / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

3–6 years of accounting experience, with mandatory background in retail, FMCG, or beauty industry.

In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and inventory accounting.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills with accuracy in reporting.

Experience with Shopify accounting and ecommerce financial systems preferred.

Strong English communication and documentation skills.
