Job Description

• Analyze financial data and business processes to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management based on financial results.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems, tools, and processes to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as required to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
•  Must have a tech background.
