Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Local Accountant to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of UAE accounting standards, Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR compliance, and fluency in both English and Arabic to effectively liaise with local authorities and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and review VAT filings, Corporate Tax submissions, and other statutory reports.
• Collaborate with auditors, free zone authorities, and government entities when required.
• Provide financial insights and tax planning support for cross-border structuring.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably within a reputable firm or free zone entity.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (bilingual) is a must.
• Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
