الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance company performance.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, zakat, and periodic reporting.
- Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
المهارات
- Proven experience in managing and implementing Local Content requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of financial experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in contracting/construction companies is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems; experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
- Excellent skills in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
