الوصف الوظيفي

• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance company performance.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, zakat, and periodic reporting.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

المهارات

• Proven experience in managing and implementing Local Content requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of financial experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in contracting/construction companies is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems; experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Excellent skills in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
