تفاصيل الوظيفةSeeking female Office Assistant (Accountant / Document Controller) for building management and retail operations. Excellent organization, communication and IT skills needed. Candidate should be completely accurate in all tasks and highly flexible.
Main responsibilities will include:
Recording bank deposits and daily POS transactions.
Preparing purchase orders.
Communicating with suppliers at every step of the purchase process.
Arranging shipments with shipping companies.
Processing all shipping documentation for clearing UAE customs.
Handling all accounts payable and receivables.
Preparing retail store price lists.
Capable of managing POS updates in multiple retail locations.
Preparing reports of sales, inventory and cash flow.
Preparing flat leases. Recording and depositing lease payments.
Contacting customers and tenants to follow up collections.
Writing and sending emails
Filing and organizing documents
All other types of office work
· Experience preferred
· Excellent knowledge of accounting
· Excellent proficiency Microsoft Word and Excel required
· Should have excellent IT, organizational, and communication skills
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
