Job Description
- DTEC is seeking a highly skilled Accountant with strong analytical abilities and extensive experience in financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare daily journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and classification.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Review accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting.
- English Section preferred.
- If Arabic Section, excellent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Excellent command of English in both writing and communication.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting.
