Job Responsibilities:
- Checking incoming invoices
- Recording all business transactions: handling accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, as well as bank and cash transactions
- Documentation and preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assisting in strategic financial management issues and preparing key information for management
- Communication with tax consultants and auditors
- Reviewing travel expense reports
- Determining tax liabilities
- Submitting reports to authorities and administrations
- Preparing VAT advance returns for the tax office
