Job Description
- Performing daily banking transactions (deposits, document delivery and receipt).
- Coordinating with banks and government agencies.
- Receiving and delivering the forms.
- Extracting Form 4.
- Experience with the TradeNet system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in banking operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of banking procedures, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and financial management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and continuous process improvements.
