Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support the preparation of audit documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies related to finance and administration.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and facilitate internal communications.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, contracts, and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and office administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience working in an office-based (on-site) environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
