Job Description

• Review project expenses, commitments, and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure accuracy of project-related financial data and reconcile accounts.
• Manage project cost accounting, budgeting, and progress tracking.
• Identify and analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate financial information.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction accounting.
• Prior work experience in a contracting company is essential.
• Strong understanding of project costing, WIP, and progress billing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions and data analysis.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to analyze cost variances and provide insights.
• High accuracy in handling large datasets.
• Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines.
