Designation: Junior Accountant

Job Description:

  • Preparing monthly and annual accounts report
  • Corporate document maintenance
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Accounts Payable
  • Data gathering and supplier invoice recording
  • Receiving and storing invoices
  • Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
  • Preparing and posting journals
  • Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
  • Helping the company devise efficient methods for collecting payments and minimizing the number of payable and receivables.

Requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred) in Accountancy
  • Language: English (Required)
  • At least 3 years accounting experience
  • Excellent MS Excel capabilities
  • Knowledge of popular accounting software
  • Knowledge of preparing and filing UAE Taxation papers

  • Good time management
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Relationship building skills towards colleague/supplier/customer
  • Can work under pressure
  • Very accurate and attentive to all details.
  • Able to multi-task and collaborate with colleagues to achieve tasks quickly
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent/ Availability: Immediate

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
