الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee accurate bookkeeping and timely preparation of the Trial Balance.
- Maintain accounting records in line with approved policies, IFRS, and local regulations.
- Supervise AP, AR, and related party reconciliations, ensuring alignment with the General Ledger.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal and external audit processes.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage fixed assets accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Lead monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage interim and annual audits, ensuring compliance with tax and Zakat requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate cash and bank reconciliations.
- Follow up on tax liability discharge and related compliance tasks.
- Supervise daily accounting operations and support team performance.
- Investigate financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement enhanced accounting processes, controls, and automation for long-term efficiency
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
