Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead internal audit engagements across real estate and construction projects, including project management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment and strategic priorities.
- Design audit programs aligned with international best practices to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Act as the main point of contact for audit-related matters, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend measures to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and detect operational inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Group Audit & Advisory Services function.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management.
7 9 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the real estate or construction sectors.
Proven experience leading audit teams and managing complex audit assignments.
Strong understanding of project risk management, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
