We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Accountant with at least 4 years of experience and strong, proven expertise in Zoho Books, to manage and organize the company’s financial operations on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records on Zoho Books on a daily and consistent basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop financial forecasts and revenue projections.
- Handle and review purchases, ensuring accurate recording in the system.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure proper accounting entries.
- Review journal entries and support monthly/quarterly closing.
- Handle monthly tax filings and requirements in Egypt.
- Conduct weekly on-site visits to review documents and ensure process accuracy.
- Provide recommendations for improving the company’s financial workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong expertise in Zoho Books.
- Excellent understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Experience with monthly tax handling.
- Ability to work Part-Time (4 hours per day or as agreed).
- Ability to conduct weekly field visits.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with tech companies or multi-project environments is a plus.
