الوصف الوظيفي

• Monitor and track all project costs including materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment, and overheads
  
• Ensure proper allocation of costs to each project, phase, building or cost center
  
• Monitor the inventory transactions (Additions – Issuances – transfers).
  
• Recording the related journal entries on time.
  
• Evaluate cost performance indicators and highlight potential financial risks.
  
• Preparing and updating the related reports such as comparing the actual cost with the estimated.
  
• Matching the recording of the expenditures in compliance with the project business model.
  

Requirements

• 3 : 6 years with solid experience
  
• Proficient in Excel and the technical certificates are highly considered.
  
• Bachelor of commerce “Accounting”
