Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Development Financial Analysis (RES8) to shape our financial strategy for development projects within the Hospitality Team .
This role involves comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver financial strategies that balance risk and opportunity, ensuring project success and alignment with Qiddiya’s vision.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Insights & Planning Analyze macroeconomic, tourism, and sector trends to inform hospitality team long-term strategy.
Lead strategic planning initiatives, including long-range forecasting, capital planning, and scenario modeling.
Translate strategic priorities into clear investment criteria and measurable performance targets.
Advise senior management on strategic initiatives, key risks, and value-creation opportunities.
Investment Analysis & Decision Support Oversee financial analysis for development opportunities, investment cases, and post-completion reviews.
Prepare investment packs and executive-level presentations.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and risk assessments for major CAPEX requests and strategic projects.
Support external funding processes by preparing investor-ready financial statements and business cases.
Project, Pipeline & Portfolio Leadership Collaborate with Development and hospitality leadership teams to structure initiatives and guide project analysis.
Provide portfolio-level insights, performance diagnostics, and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across feasibility studies and investment appraisals.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in investment analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, preferably within hotels, real estate, or consulting.
Advanced financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis techniques.
Excellent commercial judgment, with the ability to influence stakeholders, communicate effectively, and deliver clear, structured outputs.
