Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare tax-related documents and support audits when required.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
