Job Description

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of client financial reports when required.
   

Compliance & Tax

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare tax returns and filings for the firm.
• Support audits for the firm and clients, responding to queries with accurate documentation.
   

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing internal budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and flag significant variances.
   

Team Collaboration & Advisory Support

• Mentor junior accountants and review their work for accuracy.
• Provide technical accounting advice to partners and consultants.
• Collaborate with consulting teams on financial due diligence, valuation, and client advisory engagements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or financial advisory.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, corporate tax, and accounting compliance.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software.
