تفاصيل الوظيفةJOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Executive to manage accounting, property-related financial tracking, and administrative coordination for our real estate and holiday home portfolio. The ideal candidate must be strong in Excel and accounting software, highly organized, and comfortable handling multiple properties and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
Maintain property-wise records of tenancy agreements, rental income, and expenses
Reconcile property accounts with bank statements on a regular basis
Track and record all income and expenditure accurately
Prepare investor-wise bi-yearly financial statements
Submit VAT and Corporate Tax returns periodically for the company and relevant stakeholders
Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with UAE regulations
PROPERTY & UTILITIES MANAGEMENT
Pay all monthly utility bills and service charges for managed properties
Track due dates and ensure timely payments to avoid penalties
ADMINISTRATIVE & PORTAL MANAGEMENT
Maintain and update online property listings on Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut
Coordinate with agents and update ads as required (pricing, availability, photos, etc.)
HOLIDAY HOME COMPLIANCE
Maintain holiday home permits
Calculate, report, and pay DTCM dues on a monthly basis
Ensure compliance with all relevant holiday home regulations
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an Accountant or Accounts/Admin Executive
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar)
Experience in real estate or holiday homes is a strong advantage
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
