About Your New Job:
- Provide financial insights for optimizing brands performance while ensuring proper governance over value sharing models
About Your New Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing regular monthly & quarterly routines (profit sharing calculation and posting to the system; preparing Monster accruals; Value Chain's, etc)
- Preparing system P&L's and sharing with partners; preparing data and back-ups for recharging partners (TCCC, Monster)
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation regarding profit sharing accounts
- Standard and periodic/Ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis
- Partnership with Commercial teams (support with activities related to managing value chains and innovation)
- Supports financial evaluation of new market opportunities and recommends brand profitability improvements
- Performs reporting and analysis of Brand profitability as well as partner reports
- Supports the sharing Model related audit and corrective actions
- Provides : Brand P&Ls, Investment sharing, data exchange and profit sharing with TCCC and other partners
- Contributes in proactive approach of advising Management in decisions with substantial financial impact and takes cares of financial analyses to increase financial awareness in decision making and minimizing financial risk
- Contributes in regular trainings to Commercial function in the area of Profitability (Finance for non-Finance)
- Participates in ICF & audit compliance
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in financial planning/ variance analysis / financial simulation
- Qualified/Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA or equivalent)
- Interpretation of how volume & mix drive profitability, including risk & opportunity analysis
- Solid understanding of FMCG Commercial requirements
