تفاصيل الوظيفة1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in alignment with IFRS and UAE regulations.
* Maintain general ledger, review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
* Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and ensure timely closing of books.
* Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and treasury functions.
2. Costing & Inventory Management
* Develop and manage standard costing models for gold, diamonds, gemstones, and manufacturing processes.
* Monitor daily stock movements, wastage, and loss-in-process (LIP) for precious metals and stones.
* Reconcile gold and diamond stock balances between production, stores, and finance.
* Perform cost analysis for manufactured jewellery items, labour, and overhead allocation.
3. Compliance & Audit
* Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations (input/output reconciliation, filing, documentation).
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors; prepare audit schedules and support documentation.
* Maintain proper controls for handling precious metals, stones, and high-value inventory.
* Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC requirements applicable to the jewellery trade.
4. Budgeting & Financial Planning
* Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Provide financial insights to management for pricing, procurement, and production decisions.
* Analyse cost-saving opportunities and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
5. ERP & System Management
* Ensure accuracy of inventory and production data flow between finance and operations.
* Recommend automation and process improvements.
6. Invoice preparation:
* Ensure the current gold and diamond rates and prepare an accurate invoice after analysing the internal reports.
