We’re seeking an Account Manager to join OVIA’s advertising agency team. If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, turning ideas into meaningful results, and thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal agency teams.

• Maintain professional client relationships and support day-to-day communication needs.

• Oversee advertising campaigns and production projects from concept through execution and delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure deadlines, scope, and objectives are met.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations informed by industry trends, data, and campaign performance.

• Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues efficiently to maintain strong partnerships.

• Participate in meetings and on-site activities as required to support project and client needs.

• Support additional initiatives and tasks as needed to contribute to overall agency and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of advertising trends, strategies, and digital marketing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must be based in Ramallah.
