We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Bilingual Accountant with a minimum of five (5) years of professional accounting experience in the State of Kuwait. The role involves end-to-end accounting and financial management responsibilities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, with direct interaction with customers on finance-related matters. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, solid knowledge of financial statements and reporting, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. The role requires a practical, business-focused approach to accounting and financial management, supporting management decisionmaking and maintaining strong financial controls.  • Support system improvements, controls, and process optimization related to finance and accounting. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction • Handle finance-related communication with customers, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and clarifications. • Maintain professional relationships with customers regarding financial matters and resolve issues efficiently. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing, collections, and financial reporting. Compliance & Controls • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and internal financial controls. • Support audits (internal and external) and provide required financial documentation and explanations. • Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure healthy financial operations. 

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in Kuwait (mandatory). • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory). • Strong hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems (mandatory). • Proven experience in preparing annual budgets, financial reports, P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong professional communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to deal directly with customers on finance-related matters.
