Job Description
- Record daily journal entries and monitor client and subcontractor progress billing.
- Track project expenses vs. budget and perform variance analysis.
- Prepare simple periodic financial reports for management.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Support management in cost control and preventing waste.
- Direct coordination and communication with the external auditor/accountant regarding accounts, audits, and financial requirements.
- Full responsibility for cash flow analysis and monitoring company and project cash movements.
- Active role and decision-making responsibility in monitoring and controlling project costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4 - 7 years of experience, preferably in construction company
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
