Managing a team of 2 Junior accountants and 2 Inventory Clerks.

VAT & Tax calculations and payments,

Posting periodical Journal vouchers,

Posting of Payment/Receipt/Contra vouchers,

Supervising/posting of purchase invoices,

Posting sales invoices.

Filing of all vouchers and company documents systematically

Reporting including P&L and Balance sheet

Accounts payables [Payments]

Payables/Receivables and Bank account reconciliations.

Controlling cash collection at point-of-sale counters.

Controlling Inventory

Administration & HR

Any other work assigned by the Manager

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in accounts is a must to be able to handle this position.

Should have excellent knowledge and experience working in MS Excel, including logical formulas.

Candidate should be in the age group of 28 to 35 years
