* End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including fixed and variable elements (overtime, bonuses, deductions, and commissions).
* Ensure full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Income Tax Law.
* Create and maintain comprehensive payroll sheets using advanced Excel formulas to automate calculations and reduce errors.
* Calculate and prepare monthly reports for salary tax (Form 4), social insurance contributions, and the Martyrs' Fund.
* Review and audit monthly attendance, leaves, and absences records provided by HR.
* Prepare payroll bank files and coordinate with banks for timely salary transfers.
* Generate monthly payroll summaries, variance reports, and journal entries for the finance department.
* Maintain organized physical and digital files for all payroll-related documents and employee records
