Job :

Join a leading company in the new technologies sector, where your expertise will be of extreme added value. We are looking for an Experienced Accountant to join a dynamic team. This position represents an opportunity for you to thrive in a stimulating environment, while actively contributing to the financial performance of our company. Your role will be essential in maintaining, managing, and optimizing our accounting, financial, and legal processes, positioning you as a pillar of our finance department and a major support to management.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the rigorous maintenance and reliability of general and analytical accounting through management control skills. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting records and producing financial statements in compliance with current standards, while actively participating in the continuous improvement of our procedures. You will contribute to strategic decision-making through relevant financial analyses, permanent management control, and precise reporting, being a major source of proposals.

Your missions will revolve around several fundamental areas. You will be responsible for entering daily accounting operations, bank reconciliation, treasury and debt collection management, as well as payroll management and personnel administration, and all related social, tax, and regulatory aspects. The preparation of tax and social declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, CNSS, etc.) will be an integral part of your responsibilities. You will also monitor customer and supplier invoices, manage payments and follow-ups. The preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and notes, under supervision, will be a crucial aspect of your work. Furthermore, you will participate in internal and external audits by preparing audit files and responding to requests from auditors and our statutory auditor. Regulatory and tax watch to ensure company compliance will also be expected.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree or higher is required for this position. Advanced specialized training in Management / Accounting / Finance / Management Control is essential to acquire the solid theoretical foundations needed to understand complex financial issues. A specialized master's degree is highly desirable with a strong general knowledge in the field of accounting expertise and corporate finance and the challenges of the organization.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles is expected. This experience should have been acquired in varied professional environments, ideally in consulting, studies, or services, in order to develop a broad vision and proven adaptability. It is essential that you have already managed complete accounting cycles and demonstrated autonomy in resolving complex issues.

Beyond technical skills, it is crucial to have proven interpersonal skills with ease in relating to others. A taste for business and rapidly evolving technology markets is strongly desired to become a stakeholder in the company's business performance.

Excellent command of IT tools, particularly accounting software and Excel, is imperative. Knowledge of Moroccan and international accounting standards is a prerequisite. The ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines will also be evaluated. A good command of French is essential, and knowledge of English would be a plus.
