Do you want to put your skills in finance and treasury management at the service of a structured, dynamic, and fast-growing group? Join our team in Casablanca!

In a stimulating professional environment, you will directly contribute to the financial solidity and performance of our group. This strategic position will offer you a global view of the financial activity and allow you to play an active role in the continuous improvement of management and control processes.

Your main mission will be to ensure good treasury flow management, monitor the group's financial instruments, and support management in its daily activities. You will be a key operational support, involved in both financial steering and the administrative and analytical tasks necessary for the smooth running of the company.

Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Treasury Management: daily monitoring of treasury flows, bank reconciliations, short and medium-term treasury forecasts.
  • Financial Instrument Monitoring: control of investments, loans, hedging instruments, or other financial products used by the group.
  • Support for Financial Reporting: preparation of dashboards, collection of financial data, analysis of variances between forecasts and actuals.
  • Administrative and Organizational Support: participation in drafting or updating internal procedures, organizing financial documents, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: contribution to optimizing internal processes and the reliability of data used in decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance with Internal Rules: ensure that procedures are followed and help formalize the controls necessary to secure financial flows.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) is essential. A specialization in audit/consulting, management/accounting, or finance will be highly appreciated. Further higher education would be an additional asset.

This experience should have allowed you to develop recognized expertise in the field, with mastery of management control tools and techniques.

Beyond your education and experience, you possess the following qualities:

  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management software) is essential
  • Analytical and synthesis skills: you are rigorous and methodical in your work
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: you know how to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Initiative and proactivity: you are proactive and know how to anticipate problems
