Job :

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for managing the Finance, Accounting, Tax, Sales Administration, and Management Control functions, with an initial scope of France, and a clear objective: the creation and management of an international financial hub of approximately 20 FTEs.

Your role

As a key pillar of financial performance, you will act as both a manager, structuring teams and processes, and a strategic partner to management.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage and structure the Accounting, Tax, Sales Administration, and Management Control functions.
• Manage and develop the existing Finance teams, then support the progressive development of the financial hub.
• Ensure the reliability of closings, financial reporting, and performance analyses for the Executive Committee.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and DSO management.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Actively contribute to transformation projects: ERP deployment, harmonization of practices, integration of new entities.

Required profile :

The profile we are looking for

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or management.
• Proven experience in a Management role for accounting and finance, ideally in an international or multi-subsidiary environment.
• Excellent command of general and analytical accounting, with in-depth knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG).
• Solid expertise in French taxation (Corporate tax, VAT, reporting obligations), with the ability to secure practices and deadlines.
• Good understanding of Sales Administration, invoicing, and revenue recognition issues.
• Successful experience in managing Finance teams and structuring/harmonizing financial functions.
• Fluent English is essential, in the context of coordinating with international teams and subsidiaries.
• Proficient with financial tools and ERP systems (Sage, SX One appreciated), as well as reporting tools.
• Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, strong analytical mind, and a pronounced taste for structuring projects and transformation.
