Job :
- Supervise and control the financial flows of the acquisition activity
- Participate in accounting ERP migration or automation
- Control general accounting in accordance with PCEC, ensuring the accuracy and regularity of accounts;
- Prepare a monthly accounting statement
- Control and validate tax declarations
- Prepare the tax package and summary statements
- Prepare regulatory reports for Bank Al-Maghrib
- Publish annual financial statements
- Manage treasury
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Ensure coordination with external missions: Statutory Auditors, Audit firms, BAM
- Verify that practices comply with current management rules and standards
- Identify, implement, and supervise realignment actions for accounting rules and current standards
- Perform analyses and prepare project documents
- Consolidate input information and data, and take charge of preparing project deliverables
- Prepare progress reports according to the schedule and explain any differences
- Perform duties as an individual contributor within a team
- Share information with the team, and collaborate to solve problems and achieve common goals
- Attend team activity meetings, share information, and report any blocking situations or alerts
- Report information from their area that feeds into activity reports
- Respond to specific requests from management
Required profile :
Degree (Bac+3 or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking, financial processing, or financial sector.
- Strong skills in taxation, reporting, and team management.
- Proficiency in computer tools and accounting ERPs
